Specifically We Will:

 

1. Create a clear, quality, multipage website.

2. Place that website on the web with Tripod.com. (Tripod "hosting" of your site is free, as long as the site is not too large, and the traffic is not too heavy within any one day. It is unlikely that either limit will be exceeded. Tripod places banner ads above and below your page in order to keep hosting free. Standout Sites places no ads on your site, only a small recognition that we have built your site. ) 

3. Submit your site to Google and Lycos search engines. (Submission of a website to a search engine will never guarantee probability of high placement in searches. Your site may come up in a general search, but remember, this is not the primary use for your website. See use list on "home" page.)

4. Edit your website as necessary for six months from submission to the web, at no additional charge, adjusting such things as price changes, a new picture to reflect changes in seasons, a decorating improvement, or new landscaping. (Editing would not normally include such things as a total new look for the site, all new pictures, or any additional properties or items for sale) 

5. Ask for absolutely NO PAYMENT until we have completed the above steps to your complete satisfaction. (If we have not performed the above steps to your complete satisfaction, you need not pay us, and the site will be promptly removed from the web and you will have no further obligation to StandOut Sites. We will do everything possible to assure that you are a happy customer.)
