You should have a look at one of my StandOut Sites now
actively on the market and online. Yours will look just like it, but
of course with your own information and pictures. Have a look at it, and then come back. When
you want to come back from the other site, click on the "X" in the upper right hand corner to close
that window.
Your site address will look just like that. It will
be:
What You Just Saw On the Site

info on the lot, taxes, and schools. This could be done on an additional page if you wish.
Page 3 Interior Description of the interior layout from the basement up. Appliances
and other interior info is listed. Several pictures of the interior are used.
Page 4 Our Town

Page 5 Westminster

also be of special interest to prospects.

Now for YOUR work !!
What?? I'm being asked to pay for
a website, and I have to do the work. Yup! I will need pictures and descriptive
information from you. No one knows the property like you do. I will rework the information, and will brighten, enhance,
and adjust the pictures if needed. After all, I wrote real estate ads and worked with pictures for years. We can talk about
that online or on the phone. But get those boots on and find the shovel. A digital camera will be very helpful, but is
not a must. I use a Sony Mavica. That camera is miraculous---you insert a floppy disk into it, and voila---it records
pictures onto the disk. Insert the disk into your computer and there are the pictures, ready to be printed, attached to email,
or saved in a file. The Mavica is somewhere around $300, but digital cameras can be had for
$59.
I can scan paper pictures if that is what you have, but the
quality will not be as sharp as a digital photo will be.
